Our Story

People often assume that the name Yellow Rose comes from either Texas or friendship. But the symbol of the yellow rose means even more to me.

Many moons ago my Grandmother went on a date with a gentleman. He gave her a yellow rose. He was gentle, sweet, funny, and handsome. After years of love and happiness they married. They raised children and grew old together. For nearly 25 years he gave her yellow roses for special occasions and just because. A few years ago my Grandfather passed away. Since then, I have given yellow roses to my Grandmother in his place. For our family, the yellow rose symbolizes love, life, family, appreciation, and happiness. These are the values I put into my work and ones I want to share with you. My work is made with love and creativity and I am always grateful when people enjoy what I produce.
